Hubble_s was born from a simple-yet-profound realization: traditional change management efforts often fail because they don’t consider the critical role of behaviors.


Following distinguished careers in innovation and management consulting, co-founders Daniel Krauel Giménez-Salinas and Rodrigo Guzman developed a unique methodology to help companies pinpoint specific behaviors holding them back. Using this IP, Hubble_s worked hands-on with clients to develop behavioral roadmaps and track progress, making a measurable impact for their enterprise.

Building the platform: From vision to reality

Starting in late 2021, Whitespectre partnered with Hubble_s to translate their unique IP and approach into a digital platform that could scale their business globally. We began by working closely to develop personas and map the target user journeys, designing flows that aligned with Hubble_s’ philosophies as well as the day-to-day workflows of their enterprise clients. Collectively, we built an experience that was both engaging and intuitive, receiving positive feedback from early adopters.

For the platform, considering the needs of their enterprise users, we selected Ruby on Rails as a mature web application technology, integrating Hubble_s’ proprietary behavioral roadmap models and meeting the high-security standards essential for their global banking clients. From the very beginning, our team balanced complex data requirements with performance, ensuring that the platform could scale securely as Hubble_s expanded.

Three phases to scale and transform

Phase 1: Building the foundation

We began by establishing a solid foundation, building out the core platform capabilities and data infrastructure, while developing an initial version of the Behavioral Tracker to streamline data collection and drive real-time insights and user engagement. With these capabilities in place, we launched with the first set of companies.


Phase 2: Early validation and scale

We then gathered data and feedback from key clients, including Banco Santander, validating the product’s potential and providing major insights to drive the roadmap. From there, we continued to develop the feature set, built out the multi-tenancy architecture to scale cost-effectively, and enabled internationalization to support Hubble_s’ growing global reach.

Phase 3: Expanding data infrastructure and AI integration

As the data needs grew, we further enhanced the platform’s data infrastructure. This included building a secure data pipeline to a data lake, providing the foundational architecture for data and AI-powered analysis. This allowed Hubble_s to apply AI models and more advanced analytics to identify behavioral patterns and link actions to outcomes, driving actionable insights across diverse enterprises.
